Representing you and your wishes with care, dignity and clarity.

For existing clients we can be your professional attorney.
This role is formally appointed under a lasting power of attorney (LPA) to manage someone’s affairs should they lose capacity to do so themselves.
There are two types of professional attorney: one that covers property and financial affairs and a second that covers health and welfare.
This service is typically for clients who don’t have family that they can call on.
Firstly, we get to know you and ask specific questions so we understand your wishes for when the time comes. We can then put you in touch with experts who can ensure your lasting power of attorney forms are filled in correctly.
We also support family members who are professional attorneys by carrying out tasks on their behalf. For more information, please contact us.
You have truly gone above and beyond in every way and we cannot thank you enough for your help and professionalism. I have absolutely no constructive feedback to give, only praise.
