We make life easier and happier by providing professional logistical support for seniors.

I’m Ashley, founder and director of One Stop Organisers.

I set up the business over 20 years ago to offer a better way of living for those in later life.

It’s a real privilege to be allowed into clients’ homes and lives. Our job is to blend attention to detail and setting deadlines, with clear and kind communication, confidentiality, and a respectful human touch when you need it most.

The team and I treat our customers with the same care and courtesy as we would our family and friends.

Our Core Values

In all the work we do we keep to these core values:

  • Accountability – We do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it.
  • Communication – We maintain open and transparent communication with our clients, our clients’ families and our suppliers/partners.
  • Strategic Mindset – Our approach is always to look at the bigger picture; our thought processes therefore incorporate every aspect of a project to ensure that it is entirely workable.
  • Learning – We’re always learning to ensure we incorporate new methods and approaches where appropriate. We are open-minded and learn from everything we do, always striving to be outstanding.
  • Passion – We love what we do and want our experience to benefit as many who need it as possible.

We’re based in South-West London but work with clients far and wide – both in person and virtually. We have a wide network of professionals and tradespeople we can draw on that can handle projects in their entirety.

Meet Katherine

Katherine at Peacock & Co shares how working with One Stop Organisers benefits her clients.

At age 80 and 72, we sold our London house and simultaneously bought two small houses, 150 miles apart. Ashley organised and oversaw both moves. Without her lists, spreadsheets, notes, emails, texts and phone calls – and her unswerving support and unfailing memory – we would have foundered in a welter of confusion. Years later she is still available to deal with ongoing problems and sudden crises as they arise. She is prompt, punctual, good-tempered and tactful and she always completes anything she undertakes. We now wonder how we ever coped without her.
